This house was originally built as a garage, but it has been beautifully converted into a and great little home.

I was asked to take photographs of this house so that the homeowner could list it for short term rentals on sites like VRBO and Air BnB. This building is a converted garage and it has a lot of unique and appealing features: brick floors, exposed beams, an updated bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchen with great views of the Newbury marsh directly outside. The entryway has painted, rough board walls and ceiling and a tiled floor. Narrow stairs lead to a dormered loft with a second bedroom area and a lot of light. The kitchen, while small, has a large, functional island and updated appliances. There is plenty of room for people and storage. The living room has a stone, wood-burning fireplace, exposed beams, and large, beaded chandelier.

For its size, this is a great spot for the right renter. It has a lot of appealing features and I expect it will be getting a lot of visitors.
