I was asked to photograph this house in Newburyport over the past weekend for Lorraine Pesce at Coldwell Banker. The seller had some concerns after seeing photos taken by another photographer. In particular, she felt that the exposed beams in the ceilings were too prominent and didn’t want them to dominate the frames. She also requested compositions that were more vignettes than wide shots. It was an interesting assignment and the limitations provided a fun challenge to work with.

Update 2017-03-11: This house moved very quickly! I was notified that it was under agreement this morning, five days after it went on the market.
